_- Ensures the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants to their assigned cluster.
Prepares budget based on company targets, expenditure targets, and revenue projection and cascades to their assigned cluster.
- Manage and monitor Sales and Profitability target achievement per restaurant level.
Conducts regular audits of store funds, sales, compliance with cash handling procedures, and inventory of all food and non-food items inside the restaurant.- Takes appropriate actions to ensure proper staffing levels within the assigned cluster.
Acts as Brand Ambassador of PLK Philippines.

Job Specification_
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or equivalent.
Preferably in a Managerial role with 5 years & Up experience specializing in Quick Service restaurants.- Excellent leadership skills and knowledgeable in business and management principles.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Innovative and a problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.

With this launch, diners can now get a taste of the much talked-about signature fried chicken that's juicy, not greasy, made fresh daily and is packed with Cajun-inspired flavors from Louisiana, USA. Also on the original menu are Popeye's classics such as honey biscuits, Cajun fries, Cajun rice, and chicken tenders.
