SO management: Undertake regional sales targets, aiming to increase in-store-share, integrate resources, coordinate products supply, and push SO improvement, to achieve SO targets and promoter productivity targets.
Retail execution: manage store display, sample go-to-counter, inventory and SO submission, activity implementation, gift signing and write-off, etc.
Team management: manage promoter duty plan and attendance, target and PBC communication and daily follow-up; team meeting management
Instore Training: Provide training for promoters, OIC and FL, and ensure that promoters have product and ecosystem knowledge and sales capabilities and ensure consumer experience.
Dealer management: Maintain regional relationships with customers, ensure ST and dealer policy support, and ensure samples delivery to stores and the effective coverage of inventory.
