Job Description:
- Branch Visitation & Operational Checking
- Monthly Performance Review & Meeting.
- Branch Development & Expansions
- To perform other related duties that may assign from time to time and other functions that the Head Office may issue occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years working experience, with 3 years extensive supervisory / managerial experience gained in a motorcycle-related business, lending / financing company or similar financial institution
Working knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Cash Handling and Inventory Management.- Knows how to drive vehicle and motorcycle with valid Driver's License (Restriction code of 1 & 2).
Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity and good leadership ability.
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere / relocated.
Willing to work on Shifting Schedule / Weekends.
