We are looking for an Area Manager that will handle our Concessionaire operations for our Branches located in the Rizal Area
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
Lead a team of branch managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals- Undertake sound financial management to ensure branches are profitable and stay within budget
Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion
Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives- Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use
Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration/Management or any 4-year related degree
At least 2 years experience as Area Manager, Branch Manager or Chief of Operations for a Food Industry- Must have own vehicle for transportation or visits to Branches located at assigned Area
Willing to start immediately
