As an Area Manager of Famous Belgian Waffles, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Famous Belgian Waffles outlets within a designated geographic area. You will ensure that each outlet consistently delivers high-quality waffles/all other products, exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering a remarkable customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management and or any business related field
Proven experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role (within the Food and Beverage Industry)
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of financial management principles
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Flexibility to travel outside designated area as needed.
Ability to manage multiple stores

Schedule: - 8 hour shift
