Job Description

Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staffing, training, inventory management, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php65,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:

    * Monday to Friday
