Proficient in managing General Trade Accounts ,Distributors & Local Key Accounts- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Must be residing in
Bulacan or Pampanga- Willing to travel to designated area specifically North & Central Luzon

- Conducts quarterly performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and coaching to foster continuous improvement.

Provides constructive feedback to superiors and subordinates on matters hindering goal achievement.
Meticulously adheres to Basic Call Procedures
- Directs signed Call Cards, emphasizing their importance in building strong client relationships.
Monitors trade compliance through random store visits, maintaining high standards for merchandising.
- 3. AR and Distribution Management:
Review official Receipts issued by Key Accounts Specialist emphasizing their significance as official and accountable documents.- Assures observance of OR Remittance Policy, validating deductions and verifying data accuracy.
Provides approval of Promotion with Purchase (PWP) submitted by Key Accounts Specialist, strategically aligned to the trade promo spends.
- Coordinates with the Sales Admin Group for timely and accurate booking order encoding.
Collaborates with Customer Service Group or Branch Manager on order delivery dates, ensuring effective distribution management.
- 4. Revenue Growth and Business Expansion:
Formulates and executes strategies to expand business operations, identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth.- Collaborates with key accounts in selling new SKUs from partner principals, contributing to the diversification of product offerings.
Analyzes market trends and customer needs to recommend innovative programs that maximize sales and enhance business development.
- Maintains strong trade relations, cultivating partnerships to secure additional distribution channels and market presence.
Implements trade initiatives and promotional activities to stimulate sales and capture new market segments.- Addresses trade challenges and identifies business opportunities by recommending and implementing programs that maximize sales.
- 5. Returns and Bad Order Management:
Coordinates the pick-up of trade returns/bad orders from outlets, maintaining strong relationships with accounts.- Plans and schedules regular clean-ups of FC (hanging balances) and the previous year's HD, optimizing distribution efficiency.
Provides necessary documents for clean-up drives, guaranteeing accurate assessments and reconciliation.
- Implements and enforces the Bad Order Policy to ensure trade BO returns stay within acceptable levels as defined by company standards
Actively manages costs and expenses to achieve financial efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- 7. Key Account Management:
Collaborates and maintains healthy working relationships with Local key accounts and Sales Teams
- Conducts monthly cycle meetings
