DUTIES:- Oversee the daily operations, coordination, and management of the designated project.
Gather and oversee timesheets on a daily and semi-monthly basis.- Provide reports and feedback to management regarding new products and competitors activities.
Maintain operational standards.
- Supervise the storage, upkeep, and utilization of equipment to minimize losses.
Adhere to budget limitations and objectives.- Contribute to the ongoing development and management of all projects.
Recruitment of manpower.
- Monitor manpower of assigned account/store.
Coordinate with SCO and/or HR of stores.- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
At least high school graduate.- With previous experience as Area Coordinator (in-store activations, promotions and events).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Active listening and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in time management techniques to meet project deadlines and manage project schedules.
- Ability to work well in a team, delegate tasks, and coordinate with team members to achieve project goals.
