AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW) The Face Area Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of a business. This role requires individuals to oversee the day-to-day work and operations of lower-level employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.
- YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Manage 152U mixed sale scale stores (low to high)
- Lead and assume overall responsibility for the success of the stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.
Provide initial and frequent and ongoing training and development for all team members- Create and maintain a harmonious relationship between Operations and HQ support without compromising company policies and procedures
Oversee the daytoday work and operations of lowerlevel employees to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines
- Come up with the most updated store process and procedures aligned with the company standards
Ensure to hire new team members that exemplify the company core values- Direct the employee schedules; to include setting our hours and time sheets
Track employee activity; to include successful completion of designated tasks
- Liaise with seniorlevel officers; to coordinate and report ongoing issues and concerns
Create and deliver reports to seniorlevel officers and maintain effective meeting notes- Identify organizational or employeerelated issues and concerns and create effective solutions
Represent the company to external suppliers
- YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree/Extensive experience
Has 5+ years of experience in retail operations
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong analytical skills with a goaloriented attitude
Financial acumen
- Customer management skills
Previous related experience in retail operations / cosmetics company is a plus
