Responsible in supervising the finances of the Area Office including budgeting, disbursement and reimbursement of cash, payments, advances, and other finance related transactions- Train Accounting Staff/ Associate and other newly hired employees who are involved in the Accounting processes and procedures
Participates in the formulation and implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures
- Recommends and formulates strategies for the enhancement and improvement of the Accounting Department
Evaluate cash status of the branch, recommends funding requirements of the branches and area- Facilitate tax mapping violations resolution and visit BIR/LGU for possible solution in coordination with HO Accounting Department-Compliance Section
Conducts monthly visit to branches under the area of responsibility, during monthly visit, evaluate and recommend sanctions on infractions discovered
- Ensure that the daily reports of the branches have been submitted
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Tech
Good decision making and execute timely initiatives with less follow-up reminders and repetitive coaching from superior(s)- Basic ability to use computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
With good oral and written English communication
- Knows how to handle pressures and must be flexible enough to cope with the demands of the job.
Ability to handle sensitive and classified information and records.- Available for immediate employment
