OneMark is engaged in the business of providing and/or rendering technical services for various medical, industrial or commercial plants, facilities, or buildings including planning, consultation, project management, construction management, supervision maintenance, operation and performing other technical businesses process. Furthermore, it also undertakes and/or engage in providing and rendering technical services for waste management system which is an integral part of a national health-care system.
Develops design or technical solutions under the supervision of an architect;
Performs specific/ limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods;
Under supervision, works from the design of others and perform routine architectural assignment
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Minimal knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
