Prepares scope of works, bill of quantities, specifications and procedures
Responsible for site operations/ implementation involving architectural and finishing works
coordinate architectural/ finishing works of subcontractors and other trade works
Prepares submittals and preparation of shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and other related field drawing and documents.
Monitors work progress, schedules, subcontractor's accomplishment and materials deliveries
Brainstorm project ideas and assist in reviewing project proposals.
Completes and file paperwork involved in the design process.
Creates proposals and completes construction paperwork for buildings
Ensures all required documents and legal paperwork are submitted before a construction process is started.
Communicates with contractors and monitor the progress of a project as needed.
Coordinates the details of an architectural project with the whole design team.
Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferably 3-5 years experience as an Project Manager, or other construction related project management
MUST BE A GRADUATE OF B.S. ARCHITECTURE
MUST BE A LICENSED ARCHITECT
Knows AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, MICROSOFT EXCEL, MICROSOFT WORD, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT
