Modular Majestics, a fast-growing design and build company, is looking for Architectural Designer/Interior Designer to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive project requests and draft designs.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of early design work.- Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
- Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.- Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
- Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- With portfolio of completed designs.
Excellent technical Skills, CAD software.- Strong creative design and time management skills.
Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret various types of blueprints.
Proven and successful experience creating structural designs.- Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
Ability to generate reports and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.
