Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Production of all design and drafting drawings in Revit.
Update design/drafting as per the latest information and requirements.- Ability to produce the following drawings, including but not limited to:
Site set out plans
- General arrangement plans
Shoring and excavation plans Wall set out plans
Elevations- External finishes schedule
Sections
Waterproofing drawings- Passive fire safety drawings
Window/door schedule
Ensuring drawings are completed in a timely manner with minimal errors.- Preparing residential building plans that correspond to a detailed, pre-determined client brief, working with both sloping and level sites.

- The ideal candidate will have the following:
Licensed Architect
- Graduate in BS Architecture with extensive experience in a similar role will be considered.
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant role- Australian residential drafting experience is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong English communication skills verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Programs.- High attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
