Prepare basic drawings and illustrations, sketches and diagrams, schematics and conceptual drawings, working drawings, and designs.
Responsible for creating plans and architectural rendering of store perspectives.
Creates drawings of stores, architectural plan, and other forms of three-dimensional visuals.
Conceptualize and create marketing collaterals, such as but not limited to traditional/printed collaterals, website and social media artworks, design contents, mock-ups, and other graphics-related works.
Convert concept into architectural drawings/plan, using computer-assisted drafting and design software.
Verify dimensions, scale, and space relationships.
Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project/s.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience with SketchUp or AutoCAD
Capability to produce accurate floor plans, elevations, section layouts, and details.
With superior artistic and design skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new softwares.
Amenable to work from Mondays- Saturdays (9AM-6PM)
Willing to be assigned at Tandang Sora, Quezon City
