Architectural Designer

Purpose of Role

To help, Associate architect and Planning and Design Head for ongoing project stages and upcoming projects.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and Designing involvement from Pre-Design Stage to Construction Stage.

• Review and analyze drawing plans and work process from Design Consultant.

Oversee project from inception to completion with commitment to high quality standards.

• Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings and detailing.

Prepares detailed presentation.

• Coordinate all Architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of the project drawings and materials as well as execute detailed work progress.

Liaise with business units, consultants.

• Deals with all levels of the organization and with various project teams.

Coordinated & developed CAD drawings from input provided by A/E Team & Owners

• Coordinated with Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the constructability and effectiveness of the Designs.

Developed & prepared progress reports outlining the various phases of the projects from design to construction.

• Assisted and coordinated the project's activities and the tasks of the Lead Architect.

Drafted and produced Construction Documents for new and existing Residential and Commercial Projects.

• Inspect the site and coordinate with the contractor, supplier, and designer.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Perform such other related task that may be assigned from time to time.

• Qualifications:

Candidate must be from Architectural Firm/Design Consultant Firm.

• With experience minimum 2-3 years solid experience.

With experience in architectural and civil works for residential and/or property real estate.

• Proficient in Autocad, Knowledge in the preparation of Computer-Aided 3D Perspectives (3D Max, Sketch-up and other rendering software, with knowledge on REVIT and BIM software is an advantage.

Must be keen to details and designing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with various project teams.

Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.

• Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

Working Schedule Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php50,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

* Architectural Designer: 3 years (Preferred)
