Duties and Responsibilities: Leading and developing projects from early concept through design development.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
Designing and documenting residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial building projects.
Guiding the clients to determine their requirements.
Coordinating preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.
Organizing and managing permit documents.
Working with team across business lines
Coordination with in-house or 3rd party project management team.
Collaborating with other construction professionals.
Resolving complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Managing design projects from concept development to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Evaluates design proposals and lay-out from 3rd party design consultants.
Coordinate and supervise with suppliers, vendors and tradecons
Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QA/QC works for Architectural
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, with professional license.
With more than 5 years work related experience.
Experienced in designing and supervising High-end to Luxurious Residential Projects.
Have experience and contact with high-end suppliers and tradecons.
Knowledge in Interior Design and FF&E works is a plus.
Experience in QAQC Architectural is a plus.
Working knowledge of building code, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standard.
Strong in construction drawing, detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements.
Willing to do field work.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
Good creativity and visualization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Advance knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape etc...
