Role Definition Job Title:
ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR BIM COORDINATORReporting to: Project Team/Partner and to the Design Group on day to day basis
BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data workflows and project set up
Thorough compliance and adaptation with company procedures and standards
Technical management of project BIM data sets
Liaise with Central BIM Group to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams
Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams
Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed
Leadership of regular coordination calls between design teams
To contribute or otherwise assist as required
- Qualities and Skills required:
Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
In -depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit 2019 and above, with a minimum of 3 years experience of using Revit from Design Development to Construction stage.
Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection, and producing clash reports
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Microsoft Office, BIM 360 Team
Knowledge of Vray and Enscape is a plus
Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit, and the ability to read and write scripts is a plus
Major project BIM experience on large scale projects in Autodesk Revit and associated technologies; Experience in healthcare development is a plus.

Experience working in an architectural production environment;
Experience in Singapore authorities submission is a plus.
