KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Act as Project Coordinator for all trades (AMEPFS)
Design review and approval for all trades- Closely supervise and coordinate design implementation and revisions with other professional
Checks all working drawings before implementation on site
- Evaluate progress/ accomplishment reports and billings
Attend Coordination and Technical Meeting- Coordinate with contractors, sub-cons and suppliers
Prepare Contract Documentation and Material Estimate
- Prepare Legal Documents and Permits
Knowledgeable in handling Post-Construction Management
A BACHELOR'S DEGREE HOLDER OF ARCHITECTURE- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURE
MUST KNOW HOW TO USE AUTOCAD AND OTHER SOFTWARES FOR DESIGN
