We seek licensed architects with Cabinetry Design expertise in kitchen design and cabinetry. This role requires proficiency in using design software, accuracy in interpreting architectural drawings, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise kitchen designs, gathering pricing information, and collaborating on various design components. The candidate should be comfortable with taking online training as part of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen & Cabinetry Design:
• Use 20/20 Design software to create detailed and accurate kitchen layouts and cabinetry designs.
• Utilize SketchUp and AutoCAD for additional design tasks and modifications as needed.
• Ensure all designs align with client specifications and industry standards, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Architectural Drawing Interpretation:
• Review and take off information from architectural drawings to incorporate accurate measurements and structural details into designs.
• Ensure compatibility of cabinetry designs with existing architectural plans and spaces.
• Pricing & Component Research:
• Assist in gathering pricing information for various cabinetry components, materials, and finishes.
• Research and compare different product options to recommend the best solutions for clients.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain organized records of all design work and pricing information.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for documenting project details, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 20/20 Design software, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design and cabinetry standards, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and take off details from architectural drawings accurately.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining project accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed architect
• Previous experience in cabinetry or kitchen design.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
