Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Preferably Architecture and Industrial Designer
>At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
>Required Skill(s): Background in Sketch-up and Auto-Cad
>Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Cost Estimate in Furniture Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
>Flexible and ability to work under pressure
Prepares cost estimates and ensures all appropriate materials and tools are available.
Checks technical designs, plans, drawings to ensure that they are being followed accurately
Understands approved Build Plan and creates a MATREQ
Get MATREQ approval from Operations Director
Reviews Order Agreements to ensure that MATREQ specifications are aligned with items sold
Ensure that all Sales requests for costings are served in a timely manner
Upon confirmed client order, get approval for the Purchase Plan and forward to Purchasing
Documents and reports all causes of time saving or delay
