Prepares architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary and mechanical plans for building construction, repair works, improvements and other projects- Designs schemes and studies for new projects.
Attends to development of detailed architectural plans and designs. In this connection, performs the following:
a) Visits and studies project site location
b) Make necessary revisions on plans/layout as instructed by the Planning and Design Head and other concerned department
c) Reviews completed plans and make suggestions for improvement to the Planning and Design Head as maybe appropriate
- Generates estimates for projects. Coordinate with Purchasing Department to obtain latest prices of materials.
Performs AUTOCAD Operation for projects.- Maintains orderly filing system of completed projects for ready reference.
Conducts researches on latest trends/development styles.
d) Coordinates with government agencies on permits and submission of requirements
