Architect

Responsibilities:

• Provide project proposals to clients by meeting their needs and requirements.
• Manage and Develop design project from concept development to completion.
• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations
• Determine cost-conscious budgets while maintaining quality results.
• Ensure the needs and requirements are met by maintaining regular coordination with clients and contractors and by visiting construction sites.
• Perform other related tasks from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience as an Architect or related field.
• Preferably with technical knowledge in Software programs: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, etc.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Knowledgeable in building codes and regulatory standards.
• Flexible and willing to travel.
