AR Analyst

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or equivalent

With at least 2 years related work experience in Account Receivables and Collections Management

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primarily responsible for the Accounts Receivables and Claims Management - including collections and reconciliations with Regional Distributors

Documentation of Claims and other Invoice-related deductionsProcessing resolution of delinquent accounts and other necessary functions in the the following functional areas: collections, billing and customer service

• Maintaining accurate documentation of all collection activities performed

Identifying and analyzing collection patterns and work with management in recommending collection recovery strategies to improve operational efficiencies proactively.

Gather and compile details as required for month, quarter, year-end reporting as well as audit/compliance reporting.Countering and POD management of NKA Customers

• Support audit and compliance activities

Perform other duties as assigned including back-up functions for the team.
