Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Procurement and Logistics Associate to join their dynamic team. The Procurement and Logistics Associate will support the procurement processes and activities within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Administrator and assisting the Procurement Administrator, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services needed by the organization. Position Responsibilities: Procurement Support:
- Assist the Procurement Administrator in the procurement process, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
- Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier contracts and sales invoices
Transportation:
- Provide efficient and safe transportation for company personnel, including US leaders and visitors, as requested
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and reports
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with general administrative duties related to the procurement function
- Support the budget tracking and expense management for procurement activities
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a procurement assistant or a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of driving around NCR (National Capital Region) and Regions 3 and 4
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
