Duties and Responsibilities:- Regularly monitoring and updating property value of all real property portfolios
- Visit and research properties in order to establish properties market values.
- Regularly conducting property valuations based on industry standards and requirements and providing feasibility analysis
- Preparing Asset reports, which include stratification of real property assets, and all other reports required by the Company.
- Regularly conducting property inspection to monitor the condition of properties and recommend the necessary action to secure unsecured properties.
- Evaluating sales offers, negotiating with buyers and/or brokers, and addressing all concerns, issues and complaints of buyers and/or representatives
- Providing recommendatory sign off on the Notice of Approval to buyers
- Providing sign off on the documentation checklist and turnover
- Perform any assigned duties from time to time.
Graduate of BS Real Estate Management & Business Management or equivalent
Preferably a License appraiser or real estate appraiser
At least 2 to 3 years related work experienced as license appraiser or similar role.
Driving Skills (2 wheels/4wheels) is a requirement for this role.
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Willing to travel nationwide/ on field work.
Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
