Job Description- Roles and Responsibilities
Requesting and obtaining required documents from clients
Setting up Word and Excel templates for each assignment
Researching property information from online databases
Inputting information into Word and Excel documents
Researching zoning and development standards information from online
sources and calling city planners in various cities, writing up descriptions, and
inputting them into Word and Excel documents
Proofing draft appraisal reports in Word for formatting, headers, footers,
grammar, internal consistency, etc.
Requesting invoices from accounting staff
Other functions to be determined
Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Finance
- A Successful Candidate Must Have
Work experience in commercial real estate is a big plus
Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe
Excellent attention to detail
Highly attentive to deadlines
Quick learning skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Available and responsive to requests
The ability to be highly organized
On-Site- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
