Job DescriptionWe are looking for Appointment Setters
to contact leads in our clients databases and connect them with our clients. These outbound calls usually last 3 to 4 minutes and follow a scripted format. You will be the initial point of contact for individuals interested in our products and services, setting the tone for the next steps in the sales process. To succeed in this role, professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays and shift may vary between 8pm-5am to 9pm-6am(subject to change based on business requirements)- Work set-up: Onsite Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
Contact the leads assigned to you using a web-based phone and record the call results in a spreadsheet for productivity tracking- Engaging with leads following a given script to see their availability for an appointment
Scheduling those who have confirmed an appointment via an online calendar tool
- Ensure to follow up with leads to meet their needs and verify that appointments are attended
Organize meetings for sales representatives with key decision-makers
Outstanding English communication and interpersonal abilities.- Prior BPO outbound call handling experience is a plus but not required
Excellent phone etiquette with a solid ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Professional and courteous disposition with a customer-first approach
Willing to work in our Alabang location
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting and/or similar- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Strong attention to detail, especially when booking specific times and dates
