Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter with a background in property maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to residential and commercial property owners, offering our client's sanitation services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians to assess properties and provide tailored solutions. Experience in running Facebook and Instagram ads is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with residential and commercial property owners to introduce our client's sanitation services.
Service Presentation: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our sanitation services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for our technicians to visit properties, perform assessments, and provide service recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring follow-ups as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff of information and to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Property Maintenance Insight: Utilize your background in property maintenance to better understand and address customer needs and to effectively communicate how our services can benefit their specific situations.
Social Media Management (Optional): If applicable, assist with managing and running Facebook and Instagram ads to enhance our outreach efforts.Qualifications:
