BDM JOB SUMMARY:
Business Development Management (Meeting Setters) responsibilities include following up our Clients Emails to their targets 24 hours after they have been sent with a phone call to arrange either a Teams Meeting or a Face to Face meeting
Scheduling the meeting with the target in line with the Clients wishes allowing for travel time when booking a Face-to-Face meeting. The meeting window is two to eight weeks from the date of your call.
Confirm all meetings with the target 2/3 days in advance of the meeting taking place.
Notify the Client two days before the meeting is due if the Client doesn't confirm.
Request feedback from the Client following the meeting and ask for Next Steps.
Maintain Pipedrive, recording all calls / outcomes and scheduling future activity.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge in Portuguese or Spanish language is advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)and CRM
Must possess a Positive Mental Attitude to all tasks undertaken.
Must be detail oriented and able to work to targets.
