The
Appointment Setter will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound tenant inquiries that come through the CRM, ensuring timely and professional responses. The primary goal is to invite all prospective tenants to open houses and provide exceptional customer service throughout the inquiry process. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Manage and respond to prospective tenant inquiries via email and phone calls.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and follow up on inbound and outbound inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule open house invitations for all prospective tenants.- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and inquiries within the CRM.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from prospective tenants.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required to support the real estate agency.
A college degree is required; candidates must submit their Transcript of Records (TOR).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude towards customer service.
