We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Appointment Setter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in screening and qualifying prospects, ensuring that only the most promising leads are forwarded to our client's coaching and training team. This position involves outbound calling via a dialer to engage with prospects, qualify them, and set appointments for the client and his team.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a dialer system.
- Screen and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Perform basic qualifying and soft-selling to set appointments with potential clients.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Collaborate with the client's team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets and goals.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer software.- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
