Prequalifying Agent (Appointment Setter) for Sales
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Prequalifying Agent to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Job Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers through various channels such as social media, online databases, and industry-specific resources.
- Prequalification: Engage with potential leads via phone, email, or other communication methods to understand their needs and determine if they fit the company's target customer profile.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated.CRM Management:
Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and appointments.Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment setting progress, and conversion rates.
Experience: Previous experience in a prequalifying, appointment setting, or similar role in sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and pain points.
