We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team for a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating and setting appointments for our client's sales team. This position is based onsite in Araneta City, Quezon City, Philippines, and offers a competitive salary along with commission opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software and lead generation tools to identify and qualify prospects.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client's products and services.- Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our client's offerings.
Minimum of 3 years experience in appointment setting.- At least 2 years tenure as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a relevant field.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering tangible outcomes.
- Exceptional communication prowess, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Proficiency in B2B sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including CRM software, lead generation tools, and digital marketing platforms.- Strong analytical acumen and a drive for continuous learning and growth.
Amenable to work night shifts and onsite in Araneta City, Quezon City, Philippines.
