Role Summary
Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter, internally known as Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

Essential Functions
- Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project
- Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go off-script as necessary after training
- Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
- At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients
- Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively
- Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills
- Ability to own tasks and be a team player
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
