- Experience: At least 3 years experience as an Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative, Background in M&A, business brokerage, or financial services
Requirements
Your Goal: With your sales background, you engage potential clients through calls and emails to qualify leads and schedule demos for business brokerage services. Daily tasks include conducting 5-10 minute qualification calls, logging interactions in the CRM (Close), and maintaining a high call volume. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools. The setter collaborates with sales and marketing teams, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-ups. Success in this role involves building relationships, meeting team goals, and staying informed about the firm's services and the M&A landscape.
- You're a Sales Development Expert:
- You have proven experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles
- You handle a high volume of calls, conducting qualification calls that last between 5 to 10 minutes
- You're an Effective Communicator:
- You are fluent in English with a neutral accent and excellent phone presence for clear communication
