Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their appointments are scheduled, confirmed, and managed efficiently. You'll provide exceptional support, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless scheduling and patient satisfaction.

Job Overview

• Contact patients to confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments based on provided call lists.
  
• Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding promptly to patient inquiries.
  
• Answer incoming calls, address patient concerns, book appointments, and redirect calls as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and patient communications.
  
• Provide professional and courteous support to patients to ensure a positive experience.
  
• Collaborate with the dental team to manage scheduling changes and provide updates as needed.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or a similar role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels (email and phone).
  
• Familiarity with dental or medical scheduling systems (a plus).
  
• Professional and friendly demeanor focused on delivering excellent customer service.
