    Appointment Setter Responsibilities:


    Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups
    Generate new business opportunities by outband phone calls and emails
    Responsible in the B2B space setting appointments with C-level execs in PH.
    Produce the required number of appointments per week/month
    3 years of working experience in cold-calling, sales prospecting, customer service and setting appointments
    BPO experience is an advantage and with Pipedrive knowledge is a plus
    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Appointment Setter Qualifications Requirements:


    Received awards and promotion for B2B sales appointment setting with C-level executives with verifiable track record meeting KPIs
    Familiarity with group Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mailer Lite),
    Knows CRM Customer Relationship Management Software (e.g., Pipedrive)
    Strong customer success background
    Solid experience in a multinational /foreign BPOs

    Experience in banking, accounting or finance-related companies
    Graduate in any 4-year course
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    At least 3 years working experience as Appointment setter, Customer Service Specialist or a related field
