- Job Summary:We are looking for a highly driven Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales pipeline. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for technology and HR solutions, we want to hear from you!
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads list.- Understand the Enable Business Pte Ltd software and effectively communicate its features and benefits to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made, conversations held, and appointments set in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and re-engage cold leads to maintain interest and build relationships.- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the quality of leads and effectiveness of outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, HR and Payroll product updates, and competitor offerings.
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or similar role in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive abilities and ability to handle objections effectively.- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude even in high-pressure situations.
Bachelor's Degree; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.- Experience in the HR software industry is an advantage but not required.
