This position is essential for managing communication and scheduling with potential investors and venture capitalists. The role ensures efficient organization of leads and maintains clear, timely communication in a fast-paced environment.
The Impact you'll make
Lead Organization
- Organize leads from LinkedIn and GoHighLevel platforms
- Create and maintain call lists
- Track potential investor information
- Manage LinkedIn contacts
Communication Management
- Make phone calls to potential investors
- Set up appointments
- Manage email templates
- Maintain clear and prompt communication
Database Maintenance
- Organize incoming leads systematically
- Track communication progress
- Ensure follow-up activities
- Cross-reference information across platforms
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- 1+ year experience using LinkedIn for business outreach
- 1+ year experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience preferred)
- Proven track record of managing high-volume communications
- Native or business-level English proficiency
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

- Experience with GoHighLevel platform
- Background in sports tech or startup environment
- Knowledge of venture capital or investment industry
- Experience in golf industry or related fields

- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
