Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic appointment setter to join our sales team. An appointment setter plays a crucial role in sales and business development by scheduling meetings between potential clients and our specialists.

Job Title: Appointment Setter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Onsite: Ortigas, Pasig

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads and schedule appointments for our specialists. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Engage with decision-makers and gatekeepers to introduce our products/services and identify opportunities for scheduling appointments.
  • Utilize sales scripts and strategies to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
