What You'll Do:
Deliver high quality service and support to partners via email and phone.
Use deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and soft skills combined to provide an excellent and effortless support experience to N-able partners.
Ensure consistent cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product Management teams to provide the best troubleshooting methods for our partners.
Maintain and continue to develop in-depth knowledge of N-able products and services.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain technical health of frontline team, perform case auditing and Knowledge Article Management support, and assist in effectively managing technical inquiries through designated channels.
Work on escalations and critical incidents to obtain the best possible outcome of the issue for the partners and the company.
Use our incident management system combined with autonomy over personal caseload to prioritize incidents and manage the load in line with our Service and experience Level Objectives.
Adheres to security best practices and process.
What You'll Bring:
Operating Systems: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting various operating systems including Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, and MacOS.
Networking Concepts and Protocols: Proficient in a variety of networking concepts and protocols, including DNS (as per RFC1035), TCP/IP, HTTP, and DHCP, enabling efficient network communication and management.
Email Services and SMTP: In-depth knowledge of SMTP (by RFC5321, 5322, 7208, etc.) and various email services, ensuring effective and secure email communication.
Microsoft Suite: Experienced in handling Microsoft Products and Features including MS Exchange, MS SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, GPO, VSS, System State, and registry.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft 365 for identity management, Azure for resource management, and Intune for mobile device management.
Virtualization: Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V, capable of managing and maintaining virtual environments.
Scripting & Query Languages: Experience in scripting and query languages including SQL, Bash, PowerShell, and Python, enabling automation and efficient data management.
Cloud Services: Familiar with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its components like SES, S3, and AWS CLI, facilitating effective cloud-based solutions.
Experience using API tools such as Postman and Swagger.
