Develop detailed designs and construction plans using Bentley Solutions software (MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBuildings, etc.)- Prepare project specifications, design calculations, and construction documents
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements and standards are met
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Perform engineering calculations and prepare detailed technical reports- Address complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and specifications
- Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols- Prepare and present technical reports, project proposals, and cost estimates
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on using Bentley Solutions
Proficiency in Bentley Systems software (MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBuildings, etc.)- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
