We are looking for a motivated, quick learner to join the SuiteSuccess Last Mile Solutions Team. A Solutions Analyst on our Last Mile Solutions Team will use theirNetSuite configuration experience and industry domain expertise to configure new SuiteSuccess Solutions. They will have a strong understanding of core NetSuite processes and functional implementation capabilities using the full range of NetSuite's native configuration tools, to include but not limited to - Dashboard Configuration, Saved Search and Report customization, SuiteFlow configurations, SDF and SuiteBundler with SuiteScript capabilities a plus. Strong ORwritten skills and attention to detail are key requirements as this role is also responsible for the creation and upkeep of solution documentation utilized by NetSuite Sales and Professional Services as well as our NetSuite Partner community.
Solution Analysts will work closely with our SuiteSuccess Solution Management team to identify core requirements for new solution construction or existing solution updates. They will also showcase our solutions to the industry influence teams to ensure they met or exceeded the solution requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the creation of domestically competitive products per market per vertical both at launch and on an ongoing basis.
- Create configuration files using IDE and maintained in source control for SuiteSuccess Solutions.
- Producing and updating solution documentation on a periodic basis.
- Assists in presenting SuiteSuccess solutions to vertical/regional go-to-market teams to ensure product readiness per market.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by Product Development standard operating procedures.
- Participate in business planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with the senior leadership.
- Track and respond to SuiteSuccess support tickets to ensure proper installation of our SuiteSuccess solutions in customer accounts.
- Work directly with NetSuite Support organization to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Skills And Expertise:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business intelligence, data visualization, data science, or financial planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written and verbally.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations on the NetSuite platform.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly.
Working knowledge of the following is desired: XML, Software Development Life Cycle, Source Control, JIRA/Confluence and MS Office.
