Job Description:- Collaborate closely with the IT Helpdesk team to ensure prompt and effective end-user support.
Conduct thorough internal unit testing and user acceptance testing for all system applications.- Create comprehensive user manuals for all applications and provide end-user training sessions.
Proactively monitor and assess existing applications, recommending and implementing system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Familiarity with
ERP systems or other business applications- Experience as an Application Support Specialist is an advantage.
