Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Application Support or Implementation Analyst role, specifically with Sapphire MIS or a comparable software product.
Proficiency in using ticketing systems such as Jira, FreshWorks, Managed Engine, or ServiceNow for incident management and service request handling.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sapphire MIS or equivalent software products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve application issues and optimize system performance.
Participate in the implementation and deployment of software upgrades and enhancements.- Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the functionalities and configurations of Sapphire MIS or similar products.
