Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth functioning of infrastructure monitoring systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as a software detective, investigating and resolving issues within critical business systems. - Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure monitoring systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system issues. - Ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructure monitoring systems and proactively address any potential problems. - Document and communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring. - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Japanese - Strong understanding of critical business systems and their components. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within infrastructure monitoring systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. -Able to read and speak Japanese Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in infrastructure monitoring. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing effective application support. - This position is based in Manila.
