Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth enterprise network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to enterprise network operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, implementing preventive measures to ensure system stability. - Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise network operations. Switch Management; Router Management; Wireless Application Protocol; Fortinet Fortigate; Cisco Meraki MX; Citrix Netscaler. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enterprise network operations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and experience with cloud-based applications. - Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in enterprise network operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
