Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth functioning of infrastructure monitoring systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.- Provide dynamic support to ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructure monitoring systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures.- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring.- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.- Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring.- This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
