Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

The position is responsible for supporting the Airline Reservation system. Involvement in supporting the application requires collaboration with application developers, product architects, operations and technical staff, project managers, account executives, third party vendors and customers. The position requires getting functional, operational, and administrative direction and supervision from team lead but is expected to work with high levels of independence. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure Administration, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, and DevOps to provide a dynamic service to our clients in Manila. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and solving issues within multiple components.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Manage and prioritize workload to meet service level agreements.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for supported systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Administration.- Additional Must To Have Skills: Program Project Management.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Windows Server Administration, DevOps.- Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems.- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.- Experience with incident management and problem management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Administration.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.- This position is based in Manila. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
